Order Pickup and Disposal Policy

We strive to provide efficient service, but our warehouse is not equipped for long-term storage of orders.

Email Notification: Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup at our warehouse. Periodic reminder notifications will be sent over a three-month period to the email address associated with the order.

Final Notice and Disposal Timeline: If an order remains uncollected for three months, a final notice will be sent via email. This notice will inform you that, if no response is received within 2 business days, the order will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.

Disposal of Unpicked Orders: If no response is received within 2 business days of the final notice, the order will be disposed of. Disposal methods may include donation, recycling, or destruction, depending on the nature of the product.

Liability: Once the order has been disposed of, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage related to the uncollected order. No refunds or credits will be provided for orders that have been disposed of.
