Order Processing and Delivery Policy

Orders placed during our working week (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will typically be processed and dispatched according to the lead time specified in the offer details.

However, during peak periods, order dispatch may experience delays. In such cases, we will notify you via email with the estimated dispatch date of your order.

Important Notes:

  • During the checkout process, you can provide a different delivery address from your payment address if it’s more convenient (as long as the billing address matches the one on your credit card statement).
  • Please ensure your delivery address, including the postcode, is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you’re having an item sent to a different address, you may need to include a specific Delivery Name. For more information, check with your local postal service. If you are shipping to a business address, please include the company name and recipient’s name.
  • All products in your order will be delivered in one shipment.
  • If any product is unavailable, we will notify you immediately upon discovering this. We will refund or credit the value of the item and dispatch the rest of your order.
  • Once an item has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • All delivery times are approximate and subject to availability. Exact delivery timings cannot be guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays once items have left our warehouse.
  • While we make every effort to deliver products within the stated time frame, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from time-sensitive deliveries. No compensation will be provided for delayed delivery or any inconvenience caused.
  • We are not responsible for any parcels that are opened or tampered with by a third party during transit. In such cases, please contact the courier and follow their procedures for reporting the issue.
