Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds. However, if any product(s) are damaged or defective, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.

Regarding refund requests, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed by our Financial Department within 7 business days. Alternatively, we may issue a credit for your next order(s) with Lush Line Distributor LLC.

Refunds are only processed for orders with a minimum value of $100. If the refund total is less than $100, a credit will be issued instead.

Refunds will only be granted if the order is declined or canceled by Lush Line Distributor LLC or if goods and/or services are returned in accordance with our Return Policy, at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. Refunds often require a processing period before being posted. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
