Return Policy

We do not accept returns for orders where Amazon has shut down the listings, restricted them on any marketplace, or for any other issues related to Amazon’s policies and your Amazon business relationship. This also applies to products restricted on other marketplaces.

Once an order is shipped to an Amazon warehouse, it becomes non-returnable to Lush Line Distributor.

This policy includes, but is not limited to, product damage during shipping, returns, or any issues related to Amazon’s selling policies. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products directly through our platform.

Inspection and Claims:

Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Any claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If any product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or destroyed upon delivery, contact us directly within 24 hours.

For damages occurring during transit, claims must be filed with the carrier, and damage must be noted when signing the freight bill.

Shipping and Warehouse Liability:

Lush Line Distributor LLC is not responsible for damages or lost shipments caused by the carrier.

Lush Line Distributor LLC is also not liable for any damages or destroyed shipments from third-party warehouses, including Amazon’s FBA centers, or forwarders.

No returns are accepted without prior consent from us.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.

A valid invoice from Lush Line Distributor LLC is required to complete the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Process:

You have up to 7 days to return products at your own cost. To return an item, please contact us directly to receive instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping for Returns:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
